The Annual Sacred Journey Hospice Foundation Golf Tournament proceeds support our mission of making a difference in the lives of hospice families as well as our local and global communities. We provide financial assistance to families with special needs. We adopt hospice families with children for holiday gift giving, and provide holiday meals to families in need. We help patients achieve last wish requests. The Foundation provides annual student scholarships, and hosts an annual free kid's grief camp. We collaborate with organizations who share our passion for serving people facing end-of-life issues.
